Emergency mitigation comes first — water extraction, roof tarping, board-up, and structural drying to keep a bad day from getting worse.
We bring in trusted, vetted contractors for the reconstruction and manage the work — returning your property to pre-loss condition, or better.
We do a final walkthrough together, document everything for your insurance file, and hand you back your keys.
Most restoration work is paid by your insurance — and most restoration companies leave you to fight that battle alone. We don't.
Every scope of work is written in Xactimate — the same software your insurance carrier uses — so your claim documentation matches what the adjuster expects, line for line.
Photos, moisture logs, drying records, and itemized scopes — we build the documentation your claim needs and coordinate directly with your adjuster, so you're not stuck in the middle.
Our sister company, Magnolia Claims Management, is a licensed Mississippi public adjuster. If your carrier lowballs or denies your claim, you have a licensed advocate one door down.

Founder, Magnolia Restoration Group
My career in the insurance and restoration industry began in 2017 in roofing sales, where I developed a passion for helping homeowners recover from property damage. I went on to earn my adjuster license and handled catastrophic claims for major carriers — deployed to hurricanes, wind events, winter storms, and frozen pipe losses across the country.
That carrier-side experience taught me exactly what a properly documented, properly executed restoration job looks like — and how often homeowners get less than they need to rebuild the right way.
Magnolia Restoration Group is built on that experience: fast, IICRC-certified mitigation performed in-house, with reconstruction handled by contractors I trust and personally coordinate. Do the mitigation right, partner with the right people for the rebuild — it's the model I was trained on, and it's how the quality stays high.
Our mission is simple: restore your property to pre-loss condition or better, communicate at every step, and make sure the insurance side never slows you down. You're not a job number — you're a neighbor getting your home back.
Yes. We document every job in Xactimate — the same estimating software carriers use — supply photos, moisture logs, and itemized scopes, and coordinate directly with your adjuster. And if your claim is denied or underpaid, our sister company Magnolia Claims Management is a licensed public adjusting firm that can advocate for you.
Our emergency line is answered 24/7, and we dispatch crews around the clock across our Gulf Coast service area — Alabama, Mississippi, and the Florida Panhandle. With water and fire damage, the first hours matter most — the sooner mitigation starts, the less secondary damage you'll face and the smaller the total loss.
No. You have the right to choose your own restoration contractor. Carrier "preferred vendor" programs work for the insurance company; we work for you. Your policy pays for the covered repairs either way — the choice of who does the work is yours.
We specialize in the mitigation — the emergency response, dry-out, and cleanup — and we coordinate the rebuild through trusted contractors we've vetted. You get one point of contact for the whole project, while the reconstruction is handled by specialists we manage on your behalf.
We're based in Ocean Springs, Mississippi and serve the wider Gulf Coast — Alabama, Mississippi, and the Florida Panhandle. Because these are larger restoration projects, our service area runs a bit wider than most; call and we'll tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
Estimates are free. For covered losses, most of the cost is paid by your insurance policy — your out-of-pocket is typically just your deductible. We walk you through the numbers before any work begins, so there are no surprises at the end.
